The A-KIT bag for nautical first aid compliant with D.M. 10/03/2022, Official Gazette 108 10/05/2022 TABLE A (excluding medicinal products) guarantees resistance to water and dust for safe protection of the contents. Bag closure with a watertight seal: upper edge with Velcro and subsequent wrapping of the edge with locking thanks to two snap clips. Two straps are available for carrying or blocking the bag on the boat. Bag in PVC.

CLASSIFICATION:

COASTAL NAVIGATION
as defined by art. 1 point 40 of the regulation for the safety of navigation and human life at sea, approved with Presidential Decree No. 435 of 8 November 1991 (navigation that takes place between ports of the state during which the ship does not move away more than 6 miles from the coast, as well as units used for the transport of class C passengers, according to the definition of article 3 of Legislative Decree 4 February 2000 n.45)

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COASTAL NAVIGATION
as defined in article 1, points 37 and 39 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree No. 435 of 8 November 1991 (navigation that takes place between ports of the state during which the ship does not move away more than 20 miles from the coast, as well as the units used for class D passenger transport, according to the definition of article 3 of legislative decree 4 February 2000 n.45)

LOCAL NAVIGATION
as defined by art. 1, point 41 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree No. 435 of 8 November 1991 (navigation that takes place within ports, or roadsteads, estuaries, canals, and lagoons of the state, during which the ship does not move away more than 3 miles from the coast, as well as for class D passenger transport units, according to the definition of article 3 of Legislative Decree 4 February 2000 n.45)

CLOSE INCOASTAL FISHING
as defined by paragraph 9, paragraph 3 of the regulation for the execution of the law 14 July 1965 n.963, concerning the regulation of sea fishing approved by decree of the President of the Republic 2 October 1968 n. 1639 (navigation taking place up to 40 miles from the coast)

RECREATIONAL NAVIGATION WITHOUT ANY LIMITS
carried out by boats and pleasure boats, as defined by article 3 of the legislative decree 18 July 2005 n.171, with boarded personnel engaged in chartering activities.

As far as RECREATIONAL BOATING is concerned, the equipment provided for in table A must be present on board only if the boat meets all three of the following requirements:
1 pleasure boating without any limit
2 presence of maritime personnel embarked and registered in the crew roster
3 vessels used in charter business
For these boats, the checks will be carried out by the Maritime Authority together with the Maritime Health Authority, and the health certificate will be issued by the Maritime Health Office.
